Our Partnership/Joint Venture will be defined by capital contribution, interest, ownership percentage, active/silent investors, roles/responsibilities, etc. You will be regarded as a “Passive/Money Partner” who will provide financing for the real estate project, while LAIC Investments, LLC will be regarded as an “Active/Working Partner” whereby we provide specialized skills to acquire, manage, and protect the investment(s) in exchange for a share of ownership.
